Andrew leads our teams across Europe providing strategic and dynamic leadership as we build the next-generation of insurance and protection. His experience spans a portfolio of businesses and a track record of results including extensive board level leadership across technology, operations and digital transformation. Andrew is now shaping an agile, future-ready team here at bolttech, expanding our reach and driving our growth. Outside of work, he enjoys travelling, golf, and spending time with his family.

Lorenzo oversees all compliance and legal matters for our Europe team. He brings over 20 years’ experience in senior banking and insurance roles. He was most recently the Group Head of Legal and Compliance for a major European life insurance agency. Lorenzo is currently based in Luxembourg, and outside of work, he enjoys playing the bass guitar, scuba diving and biking.

Cesare leads our strategy and development across all regions of Europe incorporating Italy, Austria, Switzerland and the Western Balkans, based out of our central office in Milan. Cesare plays a crucial role in overseeing our operations and our team. He also supports our clients in achieving their own strategic and commercial objectives. Passionate about innovation and curious about new technologies, Cesare brings over 20 years’ experience in telco and management consulting. He loves spending time with his wife and two kids - and never refuses a good golf challenge.

Nick leads our team and operations in the UK and Ireland. He oversees all functions of our digital brokerage and device protection business with a focus on identifying new commercial partnerships and opportunities across this dynamic and fast-moving region. He brings extensive leadership experience in technology, mobile and telecoms from across the EMEA region - including launching, scaling and exiting start-ups. His interests include golf, rugby, history, travel and spending time with his grown-up family.

Mumtaz leads our strategic operations across a range of functions including customer experience, supply chain and change management. She brings a holistic approach that combines operational excellence with an inspired and innovative lens on our customer journeys. Mumtaz brings extensive insurance and leadership experience from global organisations including QBE and AIG. When not at work, she enjoys travelling, yoga and spending time with her family and friends.

Lara leads all aspects of our human resource operation across Europe. She brings extensive global and regional experience incorporating both operational and strategic practices. Her previous industry experience spans consumer goods, retail and the voluntary sector with previous roles including Global Head of Talent for Edgewell Personal Care and Talent Management Director EMEA for Energizer Holdings Inc. In her spare time, Lara enjoys travelling and the outdoors, and she is a keen tennis player.
